Non Stop News UK and its founders are pleased to have been able to continue our support for open source projects, and community building initiatives in health and technology. In addition, to our long-standing commitment to research aimed particularly at supporting those who have less easy access to technology or potentially could be disenfranchised by technological developments and funding availability.
Through open source community projects, including WordPress.org, Do the Woo and OpenChannels.fm, and a number of communication and healthcare initiatives, we have shared our skills, learning and energies. We have been especially pleased to have been able to support in the areas of international collaboration and promoting diversity, shared learning, and highlighting good professional practices.
We pay tribute to the principles established by Dr Surendra Thakor relating to research into accessible healthcare and data-based development for identifying solutions, as well as supporting people in technological skills to enable them to access basic services.
